What Good’s A Kiss?

What good’s a kiss? I heard, and was surprised;
I didn’t know that doubt was so widespread,
Or that some think to kiss is ill-advised.

To me, though, you would have to be half-dead
Not knowing all the joy that’s in a kiss
Beside a lake, or home there, on your bed.

It’s really not that hard a quiz:

Q: What good’s a kiss?

A: Whatever good there is.
