once to wander was a virtue
then to seek but never find
once to travel was to broaden
those the borders of the mind
things must change of course time passes
what was good becomes then less
once to wander was a virtue
now its seen as fecklessness
but though mores change or alter
minds still need to stretch and grow
maybe traveling is morphing
how and where we get to go
minds that want can still be ranging
once is now and now is changing
