She remembers coming here when she
Was just a little girl
With her mom & dad
Sister & brother
For two weeks every summer
That stopped when her dad got a job
In Virginia
That drive was a little too long
With three kids
She guessed
And Pensacola Beach has changed a lot
This pier replaced the old one
A lot more people, more hotels
But somewhere out here
Maybe buried in the sand
Is her childhood
memories are hard to forget… happy ones, it keeps coming back!
