Through Windows – 9

Hygienic,
Or maybe sterile:
But always perfect.
Lifelessness -- ever flawless,
Unless you happen to think
Homes are for living
And life, enjoying.
Even so --

A big spread
Way back in the day
(When it was a thing)
In Better Homes and Gardens
Was worth the joyless mornings,
Days and evenings that
They spent here, frozen.
Magazines

And pictures
Taking precedence
Over life

Beleaguered Servant

Owen Servant is an online poet working in a style that's been described as "compulsive". In real life, he is an actuary, because being a poet wasn't unpopular enough.
