Beer Haven

Beer Haven

One beer and then another
To keep him from the brink
Of madness and depression
So he won’t have to think

An ancestral affliction long
Inside the family hall:
The best that he can hope to feel
Is not to feel
At all

  1. Hm !! I have seen something very like – when I read what you had written
Seeing it was well expressed – I shrugged away a memory with “tell me about it”
