Waves of Ice

Who hasn’t known of love like ice caps melting?
If you are such a one please tell;
For here, some distance north of Hell
The waves of loveless ice our shores are pelting

Where is the woman / man who breathes forgiveness?
If you have known that air, please say:
Tommorow’s vanquished yesterday,
And all our play is swallowed up in business

I only add this couplet here:
Beware the waves of ice that end
In fear
