Mundane Glory

All I want is mundane glory,
All I need is common wealth;
Just to be in one long story
Told in everydays and stealth

All I’ve longed for: one-girl passion,
Walls, a roof, a bed, a meal —
Just a life gone out of fashion,
So unglamorous
