The guy she came with never left the house
The girl he brought, she slept out in the sun
And so together they jumped in the pool
To test the waters, have a little fun

The day, it went on by in drenched beguilement
The bypassed others wandered off.. somewhere…
It’s sixteen years, now, that they’re still together
Just listen for the laughter
They’ll be there
