Dreams Of Our Tomorrow

Walking through the dreams of our tomorrow,
Through empty fields of anger and regret,
We wonder at the miles, full of sorrow,
And how much further we may travel yet.

So many fantasies that turn to nothing:
So many wishes lying, unfulfilled —
But maybe we don’t get there by a journey,
Perhaps the future is a thing
