Along the silver lake

I felt a shiver by the lake,
The passing of an eidolon;
I sensed a sort of shadow there,
Of memory, half-gone —

But actors feel activity,
And writers wallow in the fake:
I swear, I feel you by my side
Along the silver lake —

The sad and silent
Windswept
