Insolvency

He lost his money or his mind
Or both or maybe just his soul
Because of something flowing
Cash or time

He lives inside a paper box
Behind another CVS
Across from what was once
A five-and-dime

And like that mighty dime store chain
He’s time has come and long since gone
He lives outside
But well within regrets

He’s just another bankrupt man
Insolvency who gives a damn
Save for his wife and kids
Who he

Forgets
