paronymous blue

we sketched ourselves
in blue and blue,
our common roots
betraying

she kissed me once
behind the school,
a legacy
relaying

was there a shade
we didn't use?
was there a measure
lacking?

for every bit of young 
is blue,
as sorrow's

piggy-backing
