Arranged and always pleasant, though
Not fabulous in cost,

We’d breakfast, lunch, and dinner there.
Although it wasn’t lost

On me, the way that strangers focused on
Our decoration

  1. The bowl of fruit and flowers
    in the centre of the table
    are likely talked about by all
    as oft as they are able
    they sometimes disappear alas
    and fall down through the crack
    but father gets down on his knees
    and puts the flowers back!
