If love was nothing but a ghost,
A vision briefly here, then gone –
I’d seed the hills with more of it,
A many-colored, breathing sort of lawn
If love was only mist and haze,
I’d pour it out into the skies,
So everywhere that you might gaze
You’d find that I am somewhere near your eyes
If love’s as changeable as time,
And ready to, with days, expire –
I’ll stretch us to eternity
To move what we have here to someplace higher
This is love-ly. Truly.
Thanks!
By the way, I just found my wedding ring…
Awesome!
What a marvellous picture!
