Just said the words “I love you.”
I’m kind of daft,
But that’s not normal… right?
She texted me when I got home:
“I hope I didn’t make things weird.”
I’m dense, but this

She left a note upon my car
And asked me when I’d be back in.
I texted her and told her not
To contact me again —
I only had some shoulder pain.
She was assigned to me by chance;
This whole thing’s crazy.
