so special —

“so special” — she has long been called;
there’s no one else like her —
creative, innovative and
a type of muse, or spur

for all who might encounter her
as she goes through her day;
some few are envious, and wonder
how she got that way —

but late tonight, under her sheets,
she’ll dream of some new world,
and wish to all that’s holy she
was just
a normal
girl
