it is a strange process indeed
whereby many of us are convinced
not to be as strong as we can be.
as children, we delight in strength
and movement, without anyone telling us
we should or shouldn't.
many of us lose this love, though,
by being convinced that
since we're not the best at it,
why bother,
or,
because it's all vanity,
or,
some other absurdity.
some things make us happy,
and harm no one else.
embrace those things
