I’ll Call You To A Distant Road

I’ll call you to a distant road
When time has run, and I am gone –
I’ll call you to a distant road
Along a sideways path

And there, you’ll find an overarch
  A little past the wak’ning dawn –
And there you’ll find an overarch
That leads you to a strath

A valley with an ever-glade
Where time has stopped, and all is still –
A valley with an ever-glade
Where spirits can find rest

I’ll call you to a distant place
When time has run, as sure it will –
I’ll find you in that distant place
Of burdens
Dispossessed
