The No Talent For Certainty Guide to the U.S. Electoral Process

There are two lines to get in.
Pay no heed to where they go;
Just those two lines, so, pick one.
That is all you need to know

One side is good, the other bad:
So there’s a lot at stake —
But once you are in line, that is
The last choice you need make

Just follow your line’s leaders,
They have everything in hand —
To have a voice, you must submit;
I’m sure you understand

The world consists of just these lines.
That’s all there’ll ever be —
But you have two whole choices.
Ain’t it great,
Democracy?

    1. Yes, well you inspired it, you and your sister’s recent posts.

      I am married to the queen of third party candidates by the way, she knows them all, having carefully researched each of them.

      Early in our relationship she told me, “Principles are more important than power, unless you’re a politician. I vote my conscience.”

      I love that woman.
