Every night
Before I take repose
I stretch awhile.
Now, I’m not like the pro’s —
I don’t do shoulderstands
While reading books;
I only stretch
When I’m sure no one looks.
But as I stretch my legs
And flex my spine,
I gradually recover
What is mine.
It’s nothing great:
Two minutes, and not deep.
But since I started
I can really
Sleep
That looks like fun!! 😀
